Our Approach
Knowing "how we got here" is the first building block of civic engagement. Once you see yourself in the story of history, you can be informed and empowered to shape the future.
As the U.S. prepares to mark 250 years, younger generations have the most at stake from our future. They are seeking credible context and ways to take action.
Museums and historic sites have vast, multi-perspective expertise to offer - and together we can share a fuller, richer history than any single source. Made By Us harnesses this strength, with audience-first approaches, to connect those ages 18-30 with our past, present and future.
